Seeking a Senior Communications Analyst to implement, maintain and troubleshoot communications systems for all Company locations; in addition, provide integration and consulting services to all internal departments and systems; as well as provide support for communication processes.
Contract Duration: 6 monthsRequired Skills & Experience
- Seasoned mainline Cisco routing and switching architectures
- WAN and LAN implementation and troubleshooting
- Strong network management and documentation skills
- Microsoft Office fluency (Visio, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Cleo VLTrader administration (Enterprise file transfer and As/2)
- Cisco VoIP - CUCM, CUC, CUPS, etc.
- Cisco Wireless LAN
- Cisco Security - ISE, ASA, FirePOWER, etc.
- Cisco Network Management Platform - Prime Infrastructure, WLC, NetFlow, Nagios
- High school diploma or equivalent required - college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications environments
- Experience with network disaster recovery implementations.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Data communications monitoring, reporting and capacity management
- Monitor and maintain network management and file transfer tools
- Provide 2nd level data communication support and problem resolution
- Provide data communication architecture planning and implementation
- Assist and provide backup for Voice Communications Analysts with voice/data integration
- Implement and maintain site-to-site VPN
- Evaluate communications related hardware and software
- Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and business recovery procedures
- Review, audit, and ensure the accuracy of all communications invoices
- Provide project management for communications implementations.
